How to restore with a conservative approach, worn out patients using the adhesion and without surprises.
I bet it happens also to you to see more and more patients with worn teeth, and moreover these patients are getting younger than ever before!

It is absolutely clear that these cases are increasing, the statistics of the literature say that 1 out of 3 patients is abraded.
However, the problem is:
how to rehabilitate
these patients?
…or better, how to restore these patients with a minimally invasive approach, financially sustainable for most of them, but above all in a predictable way, manageable in the long term and with an excellent aesthetic result?

Because you can also do 28 crowns (as long as the patient can afford them!),
but if after 2 years the patient begins to break everything... what do you do?

Or you can increase the vertical dimension but by how much do you raise it?
And if the patient does not adapt to the new vertical dimension... what do you do?

I am Dr. Riccardo Ammannato and I have been dealing with complex   dental wear cases for many years.

The combination of my passion for adhesive restorations and the needs of my worn out patients to be rehabilitated in a biologically and financially sustainable approach led me to find an alternative solution to the old way: root canal - build with post - prep - crown.

It is a direct and indirect additive approach that takes advantage of adhesion and VDO increase, not involving further healthy hard tissue.

All this has taken the name of

In this free lecture
I will share with you:
  • the principles of the Index Technique®, the protocol that allows you to safely and with clear step-by-step imagines and videos, to face the rehabilitation of worn out patients, even through a hybrid approach (direct and indirect restorations in composite and ceramic)

  • mistake no. 1 not to do when you increase the vertical dimension to avoid causing joint and/or muscle problems

  • the importance of evaluating the type of wear and the indications for treatment on the basis of residual healthy tissue

  • how to reach a reliable, bruxist-proof adhesion
